I was very happy to find these lovely miniature frames in a variety of finishes for my angel prints....but...I am not so happy now because the frames are no longer available anywhere. My supplier is not carrying them anymore and I didn't purchase enough to keep them as an ongoing item which was my intention...oh well. 

Initially I am making only one of each available so if you are interested, better purchase it soon. If you'd like more than one of any of them, let me know and if there are frames left I will be glad to accommodate you.

This beautiful guardian angel seemed to paint herself!

I began the painting with my canvas in a horizontal position, intending to paint a garden. Nothing seemed to work and I created a real mess. 

In my frustration, I intuitively / impulsively turned the canvas around vertically on my easel and began to paint spontaneously. As I continued painting, the image of this angel appeared. 

The original painting has been sold but I am happy to have it available as a fine art print in a variety of sizes.

This angel was painted spontaneously/intuitively and when she was finished, I realized she was a vision of an angel that visited me when I was 16 years old while walking in Central Park, NY with a boyfriend very late one night. Central Park was never safe at night. I am sure she was there to protect/warn me. I turned, saw her behind me, and bolted running out of the park....

"Guardian Angel" is the 6th piece I created of the 29 that eventually developed in my Painting From "The Zone" Series. The original was painted on 22" x 28" paper with tempera paint and is not available for sale. I haven't wanted to sell the first ones that were painted on paper.
