Here is another miniature gem of a painting. I will state my usual ... it is much more beautiful 'in person' because the texture of the canvas is magnified in the photo above and it looks like there's nothing I can do about that when trying to capture the image. I've tried photographing, scanning, photographing at a distance and nothing has worked so it is what it is....

"Illumined" was painted from my creative and often compulsive imagination. I've painted many garden scenes with light streaming in similar to this and I'm not through yet...
