"TAKING FLIGHT" was painted with acrylic paint, brush and palette knife. I didn't have a pre-conceived image of the angel and just allowed my moment to moment intuitive impulses to paint her.
Nice texture developed when I applied the paint with my palette knife. I am happy with the result! This heavenly guardian angel is a perfect gift for a housewarming or new baby.
