Not much to say today. I'm in the midst of cooking (a miracle in itself). I bought a basket of root vegetables at the local farmers market. They had samples for people to taste and they were delicious...beets, carrots, potatoes, something else that looks like a white carrot...peel, cut them up and roast with olive oil, thyme, garlic and pepper...that's it.
Today's Quotation: "I paint for my mental health. It is a lot cheaper than seeing a therapist, and a lot more fun."
