Another painting from "The Zone" Series. I've had these works hanging out in my studio for quite some time. They have only been on exhibit once. I am waiting for the right venue to present itself for another debut...They make quite an impression as a group...
I hadn't realized there actually was a species of bird called "Lovebird" until just this moment when I followed an impulse to look it up at Wikipedia. Lovebirds are a social and affectionate small parrot. Their name stems from the parrots' strong, monogamous pair bonding and the long periods which paired birds spend sitting together.
